Formed in 2008 by guitarist/vocalist Ben McGuire (Electric Horsemen/End Of Age), drummer Mark Hanna (End Of Age), guitarist Nathan Rosenzweig (Space Caravan) and bassist Chris Casse (Electric Horsemen).
